Week beginning 14th May 2018
In Maths, we are going to learn to add and subtract three digit and ones, three digit and two digit numbers and finally three digit numbers.
In English, we will substitute a character from the story of Romulus and Remus and write our substitution narratives.
In Art, we will create our own mosaic patterns.
In Science, we will use the results of our investigation to write a conclusion and compare it with others.
Important information.
17th May 2018, Blackfriars will go to the Museum of London a study trip.
18th May 2018 we will have activities to celebrate the royal wedding.
Please encourage your child to use Mathletics. There is homework set for this week.

Week beginning 7th May 2018.
In Maths this week, we will complete our work on measure, adding and subtracting mass and capacity. We will then add and subtract three digit numbers in ones and tens.
In English, we will study Roman myths and retell the story of Romulus and Remus.
In Science, we will analyse our results about plant investigation.
In Topic, we will learn about Julius Caesar.
In RE, we will about the importance of being part of the Khalsa in Sikhism.
