Week beginning 11th December 2017.
In Maths this week, we will add and subtract units of measure as well as solve problems about length.
In English, we will continue writing our playscripts based on the story of Jack and the Beanstalk.
In Religion, we will learn about the Nativity story and the symbolism of the gifts from the Magi.
We will continue to learn and rehearse the songs for the Christmas Performance.
Important dates
Wednesday 13th December 2017 Trip to watch a Pantomime Show at Waddon Leisure Centre.
Monday 18th December 2017, Christmas Performance at St Andrews Church.
Our trip to the Pantomime was postponed to the date stated above, please ensure your child brings a packed lunch to school that day.

Week beginning 4th December 2017.
In Maths this week, we are learning to measure accurately using centimetres and meters, convert units of measure and solve problems using measure.
In English, we will refer to the story of Jack and the beanstalk to write and edit our playscripts.
In Science, we will investigate how a spectrum of light is made.
In History, we will research about Iron Age Celts.
