Week Beginning 8th January 2018

In Waterloo Bridge Class this week our learning will be as follows;

In Mathematics we will be working on place value with a particular focus on problem solving.
In English we will plan and write non-chronological reports on volcanoes.
In reading we will be reading regularly in small groups. We will also begin a new class book Krindlekrax by Phillip Ridley.
In science we will begin our work on our new topic on Rocks.
In topic time we will continue our learning on volcanoes.

The children have settled back into class really well following their Christmas break and they are enjoying our new topics.
