This week our learning will be as follows;

In maths we continue our learning on fractions. We will learn to find equivalent fractions and to solve problems using fractions.
In English we will look at a version of Jack and the Beanstalk by Richard Walker and Niamh Sharkey in preparation for writing a play-script version of this story.
In topic time we will learn about the Iron Age Celts.
In science we will learn about the spectrum of light.
In RE we will be beginning our work on Christmas symbolism. We will learn about the Christingle before making our own Christingles.

We are looking forward to our visit to the Pantomime which will take place on Thursday 7th December. Unfortunately it is not possible for parents to accompany the class on this occasion.
