Week Beginning 17th October

This week our learning will be as follows;

In mathematics we will learn strategies for using the 9 times table.
In English we will look at the poet Benjamin Zephaniah. We will look at figurative language, learn about the poet, study the poem Talking Turkeys and write our own poem. This will be part of our work in connection with Black History month
In science we will conclude our work on sound.
Our blocked subject this week will be computing. We will learn to create a wiki page on Ancient Greece.

Millennium Class will have their last swimming lesson before the Spring Term on Tuesday. and have PE on Friday. Southwark Class will do PE on Tuesday and Thursday. After the half term holiday Southwark Class will begin their swimming lessons.
