In Waterloo Bridge Class our learning will be as follows;

In mathematics we will be continuing our work on measure focusing on measuring in metres. We will convert between metres and centimetres and add and subtract those units of measurement. We will then move on to work on mass and capacity.
In English we will write play-scripts based on Jack and the Beanstalk.
In Science we will investigate shadows.
In RE we will learn about the visit of the magi and the symbolism of the three gifts.
In music we are working hard rehearsing for our Christmas performance.

We were disappointed that our visit to the pantomime was cancelled. We will now be visiting on Wednesday 13th December. Please make sure that your child has a packed lunch on that day.

Our Christmas performance is on the afternoon of Monday 18th December. We are grateful for your support in helping children rehearse their songs.
