Do you ever feel that you are about to explode? Do you sometimes feel that your whole body is so tense that it almost hurts? Do you sometimes get triggered into the Red Zone and you have BIG REACTIONS to small problems?
Those are signs that your brain is trying to tell you to breathe and get some space.
Have a go at the VULCANO BREATH!
Well done to all of you for completing the challenge! We hope that you will carry on using the power of breathing to build on your emotional resilience in school, at home, everywhere!
Remember that you can talk to your family, friends, teachers, Mrs Pollington, Miss Ancel about anything that might sit heavy on your mind. If you’d rather write a note, use the TALK IT OUT box in your class.
The winners of the Breathing Challenge will be announced live on Feb 25th during Merit Assembly.
