It’s DT fortnight!
What are we learning this week?
English –
This half term, our English lessons will be centred around our core text Rooftoppers, by Katherine Rundell. Our learning objectives for this week are:
- To write in role.
- SPAG assessment – Autumn 2
- To engage in Book Talk.
- To write a setting description.
This half term, we shall be continuing our class read Holes, by Louis Sachar.
Maths –
Lesson 1 -PIXL Assessment – Paper 2: Reasoning 1
Lesson 2 – LO: I can find a fraction of an amount
Lesson 3 – LO: I can find the whole amount from a fraction of an amount 1
Lesson 4 – LO: I can find the whole amount from a fraction of an amount 2
Lesson 5 – PIXL Assessment – Paper 3: Reasoning 2
DT –
This week, we shall be making our cookies, creating suitable and appropriate packaging for them and then evaluating the project.
PE –
QE2 – Tuesdays and Wednesdays
