Day 4 of our Breathing Challenge

Feeling in the Yellow Zone can be overwhelming. You might experience strong feelings such as frustration. You might look around you and see obstacles everywhere.

You might be wondering ‘what if I can’t do it?’, ‘ what if my friends don’t like me anymore?’.

Or you might be feeling giggly and fidgety, unable to settle on anything and the people around might start to get irritated with you or you with them.

Let’s try a tool to settle all those antsy feeling  bubbling up : the DANDELION BREATH!
