We would very much appreciate your donations of sweet and savoury baked treats for another legendary Reception Bake Sale at the end of the week. There has been a huge demand for homemade baked treats so if you enjoy baking please send in your treats. Look out for letters in bookbags for more details tomorrow.

Thank you for visiting our ducklings last week. They will be with Reception until the end of the week. If you would like to see how they are doing you are welcome to visit them in Grosvenor Class all week.

Also, please take note of the cold weather forecast for the coming week and dress your children accordingly.

Kind regards

Miss Pillay [/dropshadowbox]

Group Phonics will continue this week, reviewing previous sounds and focusing on speedy blending of cvc and multisyllabic words

This week the children will learn the concept of sharing in maths – how to share a quantity of objects into equal groups. We will also review counting objects in groups of 2, 5 and 10.

the children will also revise correct number formation and orientation.
